Benjamin Velasco

Ben is experienced in supply chain, logistics, and office start-ups. He speaks 4 languages and has held senior supply chain roles in many countries, primarily in the Americas, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. He is an invited speaker at industry events, and mentor to many. He is an expert at SAP implementation across the supply chain and is often called upon to consult to energy companies and service providers looking to enter into new markets.

Doug has experience living and working in SE Asia and China. An authority on regional gas production & regulatory statutes, he brings experience with energy ministries, state owned utilities, NOC’s and regulatory agencies. Doug is particularly strong in LNG and sees the value Excipio's technologies can bring to that industry.
Mike Byrne

Mike has years of Senior Management and Supervisory experience in Project Management, HSE, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Compliance. He has established new Company infrastructure and set up new offices as well holding as technical and fiscal responsibility for Operations and Regulatory Compliance on projects up to US$6.5 billion. Mr. Byrne also provides Expert Witness services and Engineering Authority Oversight.
